I think an international colabration is needed for such type of expenssive missions...emerging economical powers such as INDIA,CHINA should also take part this mission.More over in 21st centuary we need an International Space Administration funded by all developed and developing nations for space exploration....
Europa should be the primary focus of all space agencies IMO. It's always so frustrating to be interested in these missions because if they had the funding, they could have explored the entire solar system by now. 1969 on the moon, and since then what have we done? Some probes, a couple disposable descent vehicles, and 2 rovers on Mars. In over 40 years. :P
@MazeleyFanClub I think they should focus on Titan above all other places, even mars! Titan has clouds, liquids and even more substantial, thunder! You know what that means? Thunder + liquids = Amino Acids! Amino Acids = building blocks for life!
Now that the expensive Constellation program is essentially dead, and with NASA's budget proposed to be slightly increased, hopefully we won't have to decide between EJSM and Titan Saturn System Mission. Both are terribly exciting.

Sorry to change the subject but this is space-related.
To see a partial summary of the clear evidence that the Apollo moon missions were faked, google "The Naked Scientists". In the "New Theories" section of the forum there's a thread entitled "Did We Land on the Moon?". The summary is on page 15. It's the 7th one from the top.
Once people have seen the hoax evidence, there's nothing anyone can do to make them believe we went to the moon.
can we go to pluto now hehe
