It's not that. My cousins actually a teacher as well. It's just that when you're a student it's hard to imagine your teacher having a life outside of school. You were a grade school student once as well. You know what I'm talking about. I wish I had a teacher that was cool enough to like anime.
yeah, well, I have sort of "seen into the head of teenagers" a little bit through anime and manga. sometimes there are characteristics that are quite true to life, and I find myself thinking "oh, this behavior is just like X in my class. I wonder how to deal with that." the japanese are interesting, they have a lot of stuff concerning school. dramas as well... they can be sometimes absurd and weird but some things are so lifelike.
It was quite the opposite at my school. Not many people were into anime. I wasn't either when I was in high school, but then one of my college buddies had me watch some with her and my life was changed forever more lol.
EugeniaT, if you think this is why so many people love bleach, you ain't seen nothin' yet. Cuz when hollow Ichigo comes around, it gets even better than this.
