Oh wow, never heard this extra little bit at the end of Body Count before. Is this an original part of the song, or an extra added on?

It's only at the end of some performances, and judging by the available bootlegs the song originally didn't have it, then it was added, and then dropped. The best version to listen to is from the 10/4/80 performance.
