OK so newborns can't 'relieve themselves' w/o HELP? What if there's no human around who knows how to do that massage routine. I don't understand..... what would the pog mom do to assist? When they are born can't they potty all on their own? That baby sure had a bloated gut.... looked like he was about to pop wide open. Just a bit confusing....
