I got the same thing wrong with my PS3 after I did an update about 2-3 months ago. Now Sony wants $99 to fix it. Damn Sony this was my second ps3. And I HAVE to get another one because Tales OF Graces F is coming out and I haven't played Uncharted 3 yet.

easy fix actually. All you need to do is boot into the recovery mode, reformat the harddrive and use a usb stick and update the system.

@cameroncrogers1995 this is warning you of a hardware failure though which was triggered by the update. If ignored system will ylod and you will need to repair it. Its better to do it now concider yourself lucky to get the screen pop up.
