maintenant je peux pas te dire quels produits, c plus une routine qu'il faut mettre en place, et surtout savoir l'état de tes cheveux pour savoir quoi conseiller...

Will it be ok to prepoo with the ORS Replenishing pack mixed with a little carrot oil? Is that a light treatment? If not, what can i add to that mixture? And if i do that, does that mean i dont have to deep condition after i shampoo the mixture out?

this is perfect for a light treatment, i use the ORS pack to prepoo so yes it is good

If you shampoo the mixture out, you can DC for a longer period of time or just co-wash (conditioner wash with a cheapie conditioner)

Hi 1emerysophia , i always pre-poo overnight but if even i happen to prepoo 1h before i shampoo,i always deep condition after my shampoo, always !

I never missed 1 deep conditioning.

What brand Amla oil do you use cuz the one I bought has Parrifum Liquidum in it which is a fancy name for mineral oil and that's the first ingredient in the ingredient list, so you know what that means, most of the oil content is mineral oil. I stopped using it cuz mineral oil only clogs your pores, does not penetrate the hair and is drying.

Hi Shida, tks for the warning, i am using Amla from the brand DABUR... Actually i started my hair journey using it on my scalp and it really gave me itchy scalp so now i only use it as a sealant on my hair, or when i pre-poo i only put it on the length of my hair...

I recently discovered about the bad effects of mineral oils, but tks for the nice warning...even if it's not at 1st why i stopped using amla on my scalp, lol

I am now using the Amla powder mixed with hot water, olive oil, coconut oil & avocado oil and put that on my hair after I do my hot oil treatment with my homeade oil mix which includes another oil you can get from Indian store called Vatika (no mineral oil, YAY). I did this as my pre-poo last night. This way you still get the effect from the Amla (gooseberry). If you try the Amla powder, let me know how you like it.

Oh yea, I forgot... After I applied the Amla mix on my hair, I also put in my deep conditioner and let that sit overnight... I pre-poo and deep condition at the same time to save me a little time in the morning... My hair needs that deep condition especially having naturally kinky curly dry hair.

Oh thanks fot this comment. I thought I was the only person who itched like crazy after using Amla oil.  I didnt know what it was though because I had also used shikakai powder. My scalp even has pimples. Amy advise?

Hi FikNom, you can use tea tree oil (essential oil) diluted with a carrier oil such as Jojoba, or Olive oil

aply it on the areas you need 1x day, 2 or 3x week

It will depend on the progress you see, i cannot tell you for how long you have to use it

Give it a try and let me know ;-)

ex : 2oz olive oil => 4 drops e.o tea tree (this essential oil is very heavy scented, i have difficulties to handle it smell, just 2 let u know)

Or if you can find tea tree oil, it can be also good ;-))

tks 4 the suggestion Boquesha, but i have got very very thin hair; this protein is already a lot 4 me so adding mayonnaise, would be just overload of protein and would definitely break my hair! tks 4 watching !

u dont leave it on for an hour. u leave it for 30 minutes. but i guess its better overnight. um.. also, um u shuld really add mayonaise to the treatment. thats what americans use too. just a suggestion...
