He gave us the housing bubble, which was caused by him making Greenspan lower interest rates to 1%. He violated numerous amendments through the patriot act and other illegal acts. Those achievements make one hell of a president.

One thing Bush did that caused misery? K, I have one! He led us into a war on assumptions that a country had weapons of mass destruction. Turns out they didn't. In return, 16% of Iraqi civilians are considered refugees, and anywhere between 400,000 to a million dead. If you go with the low 400,000 people...that is still a 100,000 more killed by America than Saddam Hussein. That, to me, sounds like misery. Bush was the worst, and most shameful god damn president in the history of America!
