@arnoldnavarro21 B12 does not actually come from any plant source, but rather from microorganisms living on the plants themselves, so if washed, you will most likely lose the b12. Most b12 comes from animal sources, so if you are a vegan look to one of the b12 supplements out there.

@arnoldnavarro21 Your body makes b12 on it's own, and some plants do have trace amounts of b12 depending on the soil content it was grown in.
