@bitz119  lol NOPE.. he had his vocals recorded before.. and the guys had found it his tracks for it.. and like this song jimmy was writing like 10 years before album release.. way before he died.. it was originally called death.. but they renamed it FIction (cause fiction represents Jimmy, tattoo and nickname). it was originally meant for pinkly smooth... this song has more history in it than any other a7x song besides So Far Away.

@jackasstothemax45 uhmmm maybe if you had Matt's vocals you could cancel it out and isolate Jimmy's but chances are if there are no tracks for Jimmy there would be none for Matt. You could try contacting Avenged Sevenfold themselves and see if they would send you it, but I think the chances are very slim.

Ok so yesterday I tweaked this version along with the instrumental track on Audacity and I pretty much nailed it.

You can slightly hear Matts vocals but because Jimmy is mainly singing lead on this one it sounds like an echo of sorts.

Do you think you could tweak it a bit for me? I'm not sure how good it sounds but I got the overall gist of what I wanted.. You're more experienced with Audacity than I am so I figured I'd ask.

@jackasstothemax45 heres what you do, you download the original, and the instrumental, put it into an editing software, and delete every part of the original where jimmy isnt singing, so when jimmy starts singing, jimmy would be there :)

@1991ant1991 Thats what I thought as well, but I've read that the only part of the verses that didn't have audio problems (I'm sure you know jimmys vox on this were taken from the demo right?) was the first line. It said that they used that one line, and eerything else they could salvage, I.E. the chorus and bridge.It also said that MShadows does both vocal tracks for the rest of the verses. Just what I've read though, who knows.
