  • hmmm...keep explaining to the sheeple, thanks!

  • Hey, I love that you're doing this. I'm a big fan of Dr. Keppe... but you keep pronouncing his name KeMpe...and you even spelled it out Kemmpe for some reason...

  • Sorry :)

NO one said his name to me :) I spelt it correctly in the info section tho :)

  • which is why I canceled cable tv...my tv only plays dvd or vhs movies I choose to watch :o)yes...unplugged...except for the internet where I learn from my peers instead of corps media :o) yes corps as in death

  • Yes I hear that. WE still have bunny ears for a few years. I had the cable guy here to hook up my computer and he said 'well don't you want your TV hooked up too?' I said no thanks. he says 'well gee it's right there!' I laughed and said no cable for computer only. No TV. he was shaking his head at me.

    LOVE U

  • Hello!! One of my favorite and most passionate subjects you shared on! I lived in Alaska for 10 years. For 2 of those years-I did not have cable or internet-and local radio was um.."local". When I was finally reunited with the "media"-I was in SHOCK! I remember moving from Alaska to CA and my son (who was primarily raised in AK) saw a TV at the gas station pump. He had tears in his eyes and said "Mom? You mean the people here DON'T VISIT when they get gas?! They just watch these?" Oh-wow. Sigh!

  • Good story Lacyanna. WE decided to NOT have a TV when my son was younger. One day my sister dropped by and sat in our livingroom for quite sometime before standing up and announcing: "I know what's wrong with this room. You have no TV set!' It was hilarious. Now adays she has no TV either :) hahahahahahaha

  • BTW who decided that one is only happy if he or she got a "good" job/career, big huge house that could fit 20 families in it yet the only ones who owns it have four people living in it, a car that could give 100 families a place to live in and have tons of stuff that are never used that could feed 5 families? It's ridiculous what people buy nowadays that they really don't need or want. I'm truly happy with what I have now. It's not much but it's 1000X better than most families on this planet

  • I hear that!

  • Tv is evil. It'll make slaves out of humans to go out and buy shit they don't really need or want. People would just buy it so they can say they have it and feel good about themselves, but in reality they aren't. Another good video to rent out would be Status Anxiety, it's based off the book that talks about that people do what they do because they worry about what others think rather than what they themselves think.

  • A good example would be a fast food employee, many people view such a person with disrespect and even disgusted. Why? The video explains a lot on who decided what was good and what was bad, and etc. It even interviews people who are content and happy with their lives, even though the rest of the world may view them as low life forms. Tv really tries to make us separate ourselves from each other. I only use it to play my video games or watch documentaries, because the rest is just rubbish really.

  • Great comments JuciShockwave :)

Thanks for the info. Sounds pretty true to me. WE are recieving a vision from TV - TELL A VISION. Our own vision is fine thanks :)

  • Ever saw a movie made in 1976 called "Network"? There is a character name Howard Beale and he did a live broadcast that he talks how people watch more tv than they do reading and that they believe in everything that the tv tells them to believe. I think this is true even by todays' standards, really ahead of its time and did point out a lot things. People care so much of have they don't have they forget and even take for granted for the things they do have.

  • VERY GOOD MOVIE. YES it was prophetic.

  • The great hypno box. If you set up a camera to film people watching TV alone, you'll see states of zombie or heavy medicated movement. Break the shackles, and free yourself from the machine. Wake up!

  • TV really does enslave people. Once, I was talking to a girl, and she was telling me about some show she watched and she asked my opinion about it. I said "I don't know, I don't watch tv". So she talks about a radio show instead. I tell her "I don't listen to the radio either". Then she looks at me weirdly and asks "what do you do then?" Like watching tv and listening to the radio were the only things in the world...

  • Well maybe that is what she does on her spare time. I can't blame her with the way the economy is how can anyone go out and have a good time. Going out cost money. :/ Though her looking at you weird is a normal response that millions of people in the western world would give to anyone who doesn't watch tv on a regular bases. I stopped watching tv when I got into history, science, politics and youtube, then there's college/ university so I read most of the time.

  • TV is used to keep our selves from ourselves and from each other. WE can only connect thru the shows, not real feelings or original ideas and concepts. It steals our creativity and our power.

    IMO :)
