This is not a good tape...you're not sparkling with your personality, you're "um"ing too much, you're too uncertain and the waterfall behind is too distracting. You should NOT have someone asking you questions unless it's actually one of the people you're auditioning for. It is also MUCH too long. This is very unprofessional and if I was a casting director I would have trashed this video audition within the first ten seconds.
