If you want 125 IU you would mix 20 cc bac water at .5 or I guess 1/2 cc. Other than adjusting the bac water you can fill the syringe more or less for different IU. I just don't know the specific amount you would use.

To mix for 150 IU use 16.5 cc bac water. This will give you 33 injections at .5 cc. You don't have to freeze the shots however it can lose potency around day 20-25. Freezing keeps this from happening. I have often just shared with a family member to get the full use.

The one that I mix should make about 40 shots. If you're the only one using I recommend freezing about half in filled syringes. You will get to use all the mix that way without it losing potency.

You'll be fine. I mixed the same as you but to get it to 125 IU I only draw the needle to 62 U. U is not the same as IU, it is an insulin measurement. Insulin syringes are marked 1cc/ 1 ml or 100 U it's all the same reading. Did you what to use 200 IU?

Tomorrow (Sunday)morning will be my first injection. Oh, for 5,000 ampule, I mixed the intire contents of the 30 ml bac. water, if I'm correct is 166 IUs. Hi Holly, I decided to start at Dr.S. amount 125iu. I think 150 is good also. I have coached someone that had a hard time on 125. (hunger) some have experienced more hunger if they go all the way to 200 which KT recommends. I was trying to get as many shots as I can out of every amp. Good luck! You're going to love it.

I injected SQ usually in my belly.I also used my thighs. I found my butt hard to reach on my own. The needle is very small. Most of the time it is painless. Even the other times it's not bad at all. Yu do need to change it up. Don't inject at the same place within a week or two. That is at least a few inches from each spot.

The foam should just go away. I've had that happen. No problem.

if there is foam, it means you mixed the water in too quickly. Try to do it slowly so the HCG doesn't get "bruised"

You did right for 200 IU, injecting 1cc. This is fine. It's not just more water it's the dilution of the HCG/ quantity that you need.
