  • I have had horses since I was a kid, now 45, I bought my first Standardbred 2 years ago, best horse I have ever had, a real gentleman, I kick myself I waited this long, ah better late than never.

  • I have an 18hh standardbred. He was my first standardbred and I broke him in myself. He will be attending his first show next weekend.

    Standardbreds are just like other horses.. only better. ;)

  • Beautiful! I have 2 standardbreds that are amazing! Kinda disapointed to not see any barrel racing with em! :) people always give me crap for using race horses, quarter horses might have the turns but man do standy's have the speed!

  • This is great! We have two Standardbreds, and they are awesome. Steady, personable, strong work ethics, great endurance. Both of ours are pacers and they both are learning a very nice little foxtrot. I ride with gaited folks, and my horses have no trouble keeping up!
