I have had horses since I was a kid, now 45, I bought my first Standardbred 2 years ago, best horse I have ever had, a real gentleman, I kick myself I waited this long, ah better late than never.

I have an 18hh standardbred. He was my first standardbred and I broke him in myself. He will be attending his first show next weekend.

Beautiful! I have 2 standardbreds that are amazing! Kinda disapointed to not see any barrel racing with em! :) people always give me crap for using race horses, quarter horses might have the turns but man do standy's have the speed!

This is great! We have two Standardbreds, and they are awesome. Steady, personable, strong work ethics, great endurance. Both of ours are pacers and they both are learning a very nice little foxtrot. I ride with gaited folks, and my horses have no trouble keeping up!

This goes to show you the Standardbred has many talents not just a jughead or to be a race horse. It is only the limited minds that cannot see past the race track. Great shots !
