the tail was velcroed on her everything from the neck down was a suit and when the smoke is covering her when shes in the air someone ranup and pulled off the tail really fast. if you kepp on watching and pausing you can see. you can even hear the velcro if you listen in other videos.

i remember watching this show in 99 when i was 3

shes standing inside of the rock. the tail is wrapped around her waist, but her legs are not in it, she is standing in the bottom. for the transformation, there is a lift in the bottom of the rock that pushes her up, since the tail is wrapped around her waist it rises with her, and when she is high enough, it pulls down into the bottom of the rock and there she is without the tail. hoped that helped!

There's a LOT of movie clips in there. After she leaves, she takes off the tail and bra and switches into the dress. Then she adds on the tail again and goes back on for the last part of the performance. Notice that her hair remains in front of her chest to cover the fact that she now has the dress on.

i looked at another video ? it looks as though the dress is already on her and they just pull her out of the tail then hide the tail underneath her seat (it looks like a compartment). i know you'll probably say if the dress was already on her you'd be able to see it ? if you used special lighting/ fabric you could probably make it look flesh coloured under certain lights then blue under a different light.
