What bothers me is that people who don't want to give Health care to people who need it are the same ones who want to tell the families when they should flip the switch or pull the plug on there loved ones. A lot of people say that if you don't have Health Care then don't get sick well in that case those people have no right to tell the family what they can do with there loved ones. Health Care should be a Right not a Privilage.

How do we know when these videos were really taken? He has a degenerative neurological disease. He has been getting worse with time. The withdrawal responses he appears to have could be seizure activity or spinal or brainstem reflexes. In any case, I trust the doctors - there is no reason to believe they are callous or evil.

What difference does it make when the videos are taken, the fact this baby is reacting positively to the people who actually love him proves he's not in a vegetative state. And since you're not a doctor, you shouldn't try to make a false diagnosis based on your lack of knowledge.

The same way the heart keeps beating, it doesn't require a living mind to keep pumping away. You are not a trained doctor or neurologist, and MANY of them have confirmed this poor babies results.
A vegetative state does NOT mean the body doesn't respond to stimulation. What a horrible thing, to have the parents think that physical responses = brain responses... the hospital is trained to understand these things, and even the US hospital refused to take the poor child.
Just let him die peacefully, don't drag it out, and don't demand expensive and painful operations that won't save him. I'm sorry for the parents loss, but let him go...

This baby doesn't appear to be "looking" at anything, its only responding physically. Hospitals have sensitive tech that can measure brain activity, they are not "shameful" at all. Every hospital will give them the same results.
Whats horrible is equating this medical decision to some government scheme to kill a baby, THATS shameful, breeding distrust all around.
