Thanks for posting your take on this great 1960's classic by The Animals. The sheet music for Alan Price's original organ part on "The House of the Rising Sun" can be found at manymidi.com/sheetmusic.htm - a note-for-note transcription.
Is there any chance you have the score for what you just played on this video? I'm working to play this very soon with my band and want to be able to do the organ part as full as I can.
I think if you try a songwriter called "Finale Songwriter" im sure you could create sheet music yourself, only using the organ as an instrument, though you could also go all out with everything you could. Thats just a guess, i was writing with it for a while but lost the computer and 30 day trial ran off. I do not know what else can be done on it.
which organ did you used, for this nummer, because I have a performance with a couple of guys, and I have the same keyboard, but which one is this organ??
@jesse60073 I used a chord sheet I found online. For the part in the video, play the chords like a base line with the left hand. I learned the right hand by listening to the song. If you can't read chord progressions there is another way: you could download a MIDI file and use sequencing software like Sonar to create sheet music. I'm not aware of any free sequencing software, but there may be something out there.
@vmfjru i would recommend Synthesia, which uses MIDI files and it's free. I learned how to play the Won't Get Fooled Again intro from Synthesia. The only hard thing would be finding this file that is accurate with what your looking for. you can download MIDI files for free to just off the internet just look up whatever song then MIDI file you'll probably find it.
I HAVE THE SAME KEYBOARD

concam28 1 month ago
@concam28 You think a sax is hard? Huh, try a flute or a trumpet. I say those two because those are fairly difficult, and commonly have solos..

@ikweetgeenname It's number 022 Rock Organ. I think it's the best voice for the song.
