u can google/youtube the real one and it looks different, the "jabra" text on the thing is not black, the cable doesnt come off the charger, the earbuds are in-ear ones.. i just bought one for 40 bucks on ebay too, what i found is 90% are fake, especially very cheap ones, its no way they sell genuine ones in such a low price

but since u said it sounds decent than thats ok but you never know how the fakes' quality turns out

There's like a small cylinder on the chain. It's actually like a plug. Just pull both ends. They won't break off. I even thought it was a twist-off

i cant stand ear buds the only kind that sound any where decent are skull candys they do nothing for music if u really wanna listen through head phones then u need to get a set of dj style there amazing

I only use the Sony Eriksson HPM-82 ear buds and the HPM-85 headphones. Sound is awesome out of both.

I have to say, I've never been in to using bluetooth headsets, I've only used 1 and that was 2nd hand (and promptly died when I dropped it when waiting for a train!!), but this little gadget looks like it could be useful, cos my laptop has built-in bluetooth, and I like the idea of listening to my music wirelessly and being able to control it too... :D

That's a really good bluetooth headset Rick! Been using that one for 8 months or so, no problems at all. I just want to warn you about one thing though, when you check the battery it will always blink green until you're almost out. You have less than 5 minutes of power left when it blinks yellow and start beeping.

Other than that it's close to perfect :) I got the sealed in-ears though.
