Hello im not trying to be mean but have you had her back or hocks checked out? She looks like she is in pain that is why her tail is going around and around. My horse had the same thing. He was acting up and we had him checked out. He shaved 15 sec off his time. Please dont be mad at me for saying something. Have a great day and good luck.

I don't think a dropped noseband to tie her mouth shut is a very good idea either. She obviously is in some pain from some cause.
