hello, could someone help me on this. he explained the difference between korma and kurma. then he said he's gonna make kurma. but in the ingredient list it was written chicken korma at the top. so what did he finally make? kurma or korma?
i dont know why you are speaking on behalf of the youtube nation...you might not care but others might find some encouragement from i have to write. Peace!
good brother, keep it up , more than the recipie,......... your enthusiasm for the subject demands appreciations from all cooking enthusiasts! god bless you

Yesterday the 13th of March was my Bday, i made this dish.. and trust me it turned out pretty well. I was really happy with the result and so were my guest. So this is just to tell you that i really appreicate all your videos and your cooking is great. Thank you and continue the good work........as you hv many blessings coming your way. All the best
you so confident in your presntation.Your explanation is so clear n your history knowledge on the food you cook gives the additional shoikness! Well Done man!
Well 9985017708 Im from Virginia, and liver and onions might not look the same here as is does in lets say Arkansas, but its still liver and onions........get over yourself.....hes trying to be informative.
What he means in general in South India it is called Kurma and not Khoorma as you mention. The Chef is right here. Since Hyderabad (the name of the city itself) has a lot of Moghul influence it might be called in its original name.....
I have been watching this chap's videos and I'm finding them informative and enjoyable. Some of the idiosyncrasies and rough editing actually give the clips more appeal, added to the fact that he's obviously a talented cook and passionate about making these dishes. The warning about drug testing in this clip made me laugh out loud!
I'm trying to make this right now with my home made curd that vah chef taught me also! I have already made 5 different indian dishes/deserts this week!! Thank you Sanjay!
But I have a question... I tried to make the coconut & cashew paste, but it didn't turn out milky like vah chef's. It was very clumpy and dry... did he add anything?
My coconut & cashew paste came out dry as well, and I even used freshly grated coconut, and not the dry stuff. Then added the coconut juice, and it was still not as pasty. Then I added coconut milk from the can...
Taste was ok, but not as exciting as the butter chicken recipe.
One of my friends brought me this Chicken dish and she said there was grated coconut in it, I kept searching the internet for chicken curry, and couldn't find anything. Now I found the recipe... What a lovely recipe, what lovely culture and people.... Thank you Mr. Thumma, you are beyond super.
i usually just buy diffrent curry sauces and pour them on my chicken and rice but i think im gonna try and make some of these recipes myself... great videos!!!
I have yet to try this dish but if you have something negative to say, there are better ways to go about saying it than to resort to childish name calling.
well your pretty much fucked then ,,maybe you should go out in the street and collect some dog shit fry that up and see if you get the same result cooking is all aboiut experimenting if that doesnt work just eat your own tongue
Ya sure i did that your mom taught me how to do this and she also got me some dog shit from the dog she fucked she also told me that u fucked her you mother fucker retard
just google for "Indian groceries" and your zip code and you find an Indian grocery store near you. Then go there with a prepared list of ingredients and ask the help of the indian store person there. He/she would help pick all the ingredients you need.

Thanks for learning me to be a great cook :-)))
