I know lots of guys that are yellow blooded ski doo fans and one guy I worked with would eat crap rather than admit that ski doos had way more problems than yamahas even when we had a shop full of recalled 600 race sleds to clean the fuel systems out because they left plastic shavings in the tanks causing throttles to stick and the 800s shafts breaking,relays going on the sdi sleds,and up here we have a short season so if you want to ride buy a yamaha and if you want to jump buy a ski doo.

Yamaha dont have a snowcross sled but they are heavier and more dependable than any other sled sold. For being as heavy as they are they still can out run alot of them in a drag race and the other are made light so you can carry or pull them home after they break down.

@yamerhammer74 Really??? Are you sure they arent light so when you get home you dont fell like you have just had your shit tossed? I had a 07 yamaha attak for 2 months, I broke the w arm and bulk head, and both side pannels broke, I was so pissed I sold it and got a 05 ski-doo rev, never one problem, now im on a 09 ski-doo rs, never a problem with that either... oh yea, and all the extra waight kinda sucks when someone has to tow you home or when you get stuck (which happens alot on yammi)

@yamerhammer74 Well, Yamaha makes only four strokes and four strokes suck balls. Half the power per cc? Gaytown. I wouldn't buy a Yamaha just for that reason. They've never built a competitive sno-x sled and when they realised they couldn't they stopped trying.

idk about the rest of you guys but i think yamaha's suck ass! i like cats, polaris's, and doo's race sleds! but my favorite is doo! no doubt!
