Agree. This opinion is for KMZ motorcycles ("Dnepr"): Older is probably better. I've had several (from late '60s to late 1980's) - the ones from the '80s by far being the worst ones, in quality.
Make no mistake - I love them. They're easy to maintain and repair but with poor mechanical knowledge and bad parts, that's all you will do, until you eventually give up.
On the other hand, if you don't tune the engine (to increase horsepower) and drive no faster than 70 km/h, it will go for ever.
That dumb fuck is going to lose that foot if he doesn't keep it on the peg. Does he really think his little boot is going to help his out of control rig sliding down a muddy hill on street tires?
Hi Boys! I`m also riding a dnepr! But i think you have the wrong tires! Sure! Maybe i`ll take some video when i make my next ride in the woods. If my cam works. :-) Se ya Mike!
The bikes you see have OHV engines. They are 650 cc and about 32 hp. Older side valve engines are 750 cc and around 24 hp. Others are available but probably not original from factory.
Great trail riding..... are thoses working machine guns or non-firing dummy guns??? Are you going to restore, & paint them to look just like WW2 war bikes???
Where is that filmed at? Very beautiful!
