Strafe Jump it's using jump + WA keys and WD keys

It is obvious that you are not very good at quake if you are able to make a comment such as this. If you look at the speed of the rotation of any of the flags in the video (there are several times that you can see this whilst the player is moving fast) and if you were to compare this to the real game, you would see that they are the same; ergo the video is real-time.

He's using a combination of strafe jumping and rocket jumps to speed up and it's entirely possible without any kind of cheat or video editing. Just look around on youtube for strafe jumping or trick jumping videos.

i play on 2.8 without accel.

turn on speedometer in advanced settings, practice at least 20 minutes when u get online and watch other players doing it ;-)

er is it me or did no1 else see anything they dont already do (excluding some of the rkt jump off walls for momentum) alot of them was the regular strafe run home! so so many more tricks to get to flag points and out of flag points, that is the biggest problem not how to get to the other flag with no1 shooting at u! make another showing the best way to get to a flag and out again then ul get 5 stars... on a positive note 1 or 2 were pretty nice runs

i use 800 dpi, because i am mostly a sniper, but in quake... man, 800dpi wont save you unless you are well trained
