@stepityo The sensors totally raped it because Savini had some really sweet zombie head shots that got cut out for being to violent and they wouldn't allow and munch-out scenes like you said, why the hell would the sensors care about blood and guts in a zombie movie? They're already dead so anything goes! lol

@borat4421 That's true, if they took the original movie and made an exact replica of it with today's special affects it would be excellent but they have a tendancy of completely changing the story, get the wrong actors, and not taking aboard the audiences obviouse reactions. Example: While a Nightmare on Elm Street had great special affects they ruined the story and followed around a bunch of drug taking teenagers. I would pay to see the remake if they didnt constantly make these same mistakes.
@mab6954 A rule in horror movies is anyone who uses drugs gets wasted, and even today that's still how it goes. In the original NOES you didn't know right off hand who was going to live and who wasn't, because they were all nice kids by some standards. I like it when they go that way and you don't KNOW, you can't already figure it out. Not today though, oh no, sex and drugs HAVE to be in it to sell the movie because it's crap, but the paradox is that's a big part of what MAKES it crap.

It irritates me as theoretically it shouldn't be too hard to create a good horror movie but they are relying heavily on sex and drugs which detracts from the movie, all that is required is creativity. That's what made the original. I recently watched Phantasm which while special FX are old it was inventive and bloody exciting to watch.

Does anybody else have a problem with trailers that they try and make it SOOOOO scary but they don't show you ANYTHING to go by, everything's just boom boom boom, implications, assumptions, doesn't do it for me. NOT seeing the zombies isn't making me any more eager to see this piece of crap.

@borat4421 That's true, if they took the original movie and made an exact replica of it with today's special affects it would be excellent but they have a tendancy of completely changing the story, get the wrong actors, and not taking aboard the audiences obviouse reactions. Example: While a Nightmare on Elm Street had great special affects they ruined the story and followed around a bunch of drug taking teenagers. I would pay to see the remake if they didnt constantly make these same mistakes.

@mab6954 A rule in horror movies is anyone who uses drugs gets wasted, and even today that's still how it goes. In the original NOES you didn't know right off hand who was going to live and who wasn't, because they were all nice kids by some standards. I like it when they go that way and you don't KNOW, you can't already figure it out. Not today though, oh no, sex and drugs HAVE to be in it to sell the movie because it's crap, but the paradox is that's a big part of what MAKES it crap.

@TheBookWorm1718 Since the characters didn't engage in any of the behaviors that generally get them killed off it contributed to the shock factor when they were.
It irritates me as theoretically it shouldn't be too hard to create a good horror movie but they are relying heavily on sex and drugs which detracts from the movie, all that is required is creativity. That's what made the original. I recently watched Phantasm which while special FX are old it was inventive and bloody exciting to watch.

@excelx213 Well.. I use to think that too, but if you give it an extra thought, they don't. They are not destroying the classic movies. Classic movies remain classic in our memories forever. That's why they are classic. By doing bad sequels they just prove their stupidity and irresponsibility.
p.s. Movies which includes the abbreviation "3D" is always a bad sign. It warns for pop corn bullshit. A pop corn with extra butter.
