  • can't hear much - poor mic or something. Should have done a demo

  • great video! how often should one body brush?

  • @briellececilia33

Daily is great but even 2 or 3 times a week is a good idea.

  • Oh great - glad you are excited to try it. Let me know how you go!

  • Thank you for the video! I have been having lymph node problems for almost a year now and I'm really excited to try this!

  • how do you clean the bodebrush after each use?

  • @annegrrrll

Leave it in direct sunlight - this will help to sanitise it on a daily basis. On a fortnightly basis, use a solution of Tea Tree Oil in water and spray onto your brush then leave to dry in the sun. 5% Tea Tree oil should be enough.

  • Thanks so much for your response.

  • Thanks for the video - I've just started body brushing following the video. Given the recommendation to shower after brushing, do you have to scrub in the shower in the direction of the lymph nodes so as not to go against to flow of toxins you've just moved with dry brushing? Many thanks.

  • @melsebug

Yes it is a good idea to scrub towards the lymph nodes in the shower as well. Vigorous scrubbing in the shower will counteract the effect of the dry brushing if you go against the flow of lymph.

  • Do you ship to America?

  • @JuneNightingale

Yes June Nigtingale. We do ship to America.

  • I heard body brushing is good to reduce cellulite, would you say thats true? I've been thinking about body brushing for that reason. Thanks for the video :)

  • @blowpop101

Yes it is indeed helpful as it gets the stagnant cellular toxins moving from the area and increases circulation. While not a wonder cure, this can help to minimise the appearance cellulite.

  • hey, great video! Can we dry brush our face too? You said we need a specific brush..can you a tell us a bit more about that and what techniques to use on the face..+benefits..thank you!

  • @salony75

Yes you can dry brush your face. It just needs to be quite a soft brush...much softer than you would use for your body. Gentle circular motion is fine for the face.

  • Thanks catmama54. I do love organic products but think it is about find the products or range that suits you. I am lucky to have access to so many great brands. I think Devita are fantastic so am glad you are enjoying them.

  • I hope you make more videos,I enjoy learning from you . I am enjoying my Devita products very much and orderd their aloe cleanser. I also ordered some DrBonners soaps. I want to get into all organic and away from chemicals.Organic seems to work for you, lovely skin and hair.

  • Thank you, I was looking for a firm vegetable body brush for skin brushing, its in AU as well :)

  • Great and a very educational presentation. Oh, you are so cute! Shall give it a try :]

  • Thanks for all your comments.

  • You are welcome.

  • yes the Tampico brushes are equivalent to the Cocoa brushes. Tampico may be a bit more firm which is good if your skin is used to body brushing. But best to go gently at first with all body brushing. Both Cocoa fibre and Tampico are natural fibres which is also better than synthetic brushes.

  • are these as good as cocoa brushes?
