Konami Woman and that inter-dimensional thing came with Konami Man and Getsu Fuuma from Konami Wai Wai World, according to dieKatze last night when he played the stage on stream and commented on it.

@SFCatgirlFanatic Ayup. But as of today, only 1 DLC stage is available. Maybe next week, another stage DLC will be released.

Also, the character costume DLC comes with a unique weapon.
