i actually tried it a while ago. i didnt have alot of treats so i just put the treats in random spots it took her a while to get it but in the end she got them all. thanks for this idea
The way I did it was to tie one of the little hotdogs or viena sausages to string and pull it behind me in the yard...then...at random drop or hide under leaves...whatever and have Ted use his sense of smell to find them. They like to do this...it is natural for them. In the video I have an overhead line from the house to a tree and a line drop that clips to his collar so he can go all through the yard...but Bassets being lazy it takes the approach on the video to get him moving at times
