gawd this annoys me so. i certainly hope this is Elliot doing it so he can rightfully and swiftly kicked in the ass by his mom for turning his retarded crusade into a legal battle. Does anyone have his new channel name? i hear it makes new channels all the time.
I have no idea who they might be, but the fact they appear incapable of learning simple lessons about a legal system seems to support my hypothesis they're religious fundamentalists.
I'm fully aware I'm tarring many people with the same brush there, and so await to be proven wrong!

He is a religious zealot who claims to be a space alien, he also claims to be jesus and the ruler of a cosmic space cult that will destroy the world in 2012 except those who join his cult. most people think he is hilarious. i don`t. He is dangerous, he liked to file false DMCA`s and then use the personal information from the counter claims to phone your home address and threaten you.
@AcanLord He has done this to several people already. including Coughlan666. he claims he will travel to coughlans home for some unknown reason. One can only speculate...... he also is HIGHLY prejudiced against atheists, and islam if that serves to provide any insight. He claims we must all bow down and praise yahweh or else he is kill us all and turn our loved ones into pillars of salt. he claims to have millions of followers and have some kind of "ministry?"
I'm honestly surprised I hadn't heard of someone quite that outrageous on Youtube (bar the usual suspects, of course).
It looks like Chris has his work cut out for him. I mean, if you can successfully litigate against space aliens capable of destroying the Earth, that's seriously awesome!

It would be nice to see someone take legal action against false DMCA claims... hopefully that will discourage people from engaging in the lowest form of intellectual dishonesty. Good luck.
Definitely. I would have thought Shawn/VenomFangX would have been enough of a deterrent for anybody; sadly, this was not the case.
Not sure I agree with Chris' desire to up his subs in the process, but a false DMCA is worth mirroring to put the message out that such behaviour just not cricket.
If I type in the youtube vid shown in your video it says video removed to due copyright claim by Elliot Webster. So is it Elliot Brown or Webster?

AcanLord and Christheatheist1 are far more aware of this individual than I; I'll make inquiries and get back to you, if that's alright :)
