mercuryman thanks for your comments. Our idea with this project is to try and replicate a modern day Who set, not be another 70's dress up style tribute. Check out our version of 5:15, there's a lot more solo work in that. Its difficult to get the vibe of a camcorder mic which is what this audio is taken from. I've also now switched to Fender amplification to try and get more like PT's modern day sound, although I can't yet afford a Vibroking!!

Do any of these who tribute bands have a guitarist that can come close to any of Pete's blistering solos? I have yet to see it on YT. At least these guys don't dress up like bad posers!
