Furthermore, even where treatment facilities do exist most of these are poorly maintained and defective, so raw sewage from these also flows onto Palestinian land. Environmental responsibility is not very high up on the Israeli authorities list of priorities - and is certainly not sacred!

The landlords were primarily Ottoman Turks, although some Arab landowners also sold the worst land they had to the Jews. Palestine was not a country at the time, it was a backwater (not even a province) of the Ottoman Empire. The IDF is not perfect, but it is certainly less repressive than any other military force in the region (see Syria and Egypt, whose militaries support corrupt dictators by cracking down on dissent in those countries).

I've worked closely with Israelis/Jews before giving me a chance to dialog and analyze them. Let me just say the world view of these people is truly from the caves. For the ones I knew, these people would never last anywhere on earth comfortably as long as humans exist there. I'm sure forms of conclusions similar to mine have been reached many times before and in those times, about 85 nations have thrown out these idiots. It is only a matter of time before it happens again but always happens.
