  • @wogdoggy - yes it can. Although I play tennis regularly now, before I picked the sport back up, weight training is how I actually got both TE & GE.

  • can tennis elbow be caused by weight training? like "over gripping" the bar too tight?

  • Thanks for the vid Todd. I have elbow problems on the inside of my elbow from lifting weights. I do this stretch already but any other tips you have on targeting the inside of the elbow would be great.

  • Thanks Scott. I have golfers elbow and your stretches and videos for tennis elbow have really helped! Any videos about golfer's elbow would be great to add! The tennis ones have really helped. I got it from playing water polo of all things!

  • I've been doing the stretches and the ice thing but my elbow still feels like sht... for some reason it gets super tender to the touch during and after icing it.

    It hurts on the inside.

  • I wear one of those things on my arm that people with regular tennis elbow have. However, I place the padded section on the inside part of my arm where the discomfort is and it has been helping me quite a bit. My therapist also advised stretching as you show but I think I did too much and now my wrist has become sore.
