This just my opinion but I believe the chakras do not have to be opened. What happens is when excessive energy builds on an energy center it causes the chakra to spend either to fast or too slow. They say that these energy centers can also effect biological functions such as the heart chakra effects the heart. Well if that center is closed your heart would fail to work and you would be dead. Cleaning your chakras is allowing them to return to their normal speed. Again just my opinion.

Thank you so much for this....I have been learning a bit about chakras..I'm aware that the first three have some work...mostly the sacral chakra....after reading your message i understand more about where i focus my energy...I think it's amazing that you're in Peru...I am headed over there very soon...I really miss the food.....but i also feel i left something valuable there and feel the need to go and look for it..
