not only Vietnamese food is healthy but most asian foods are healthy. im vietnamese and i went vietnam last year. when i stayed there i had 3 meals a day. rice and side dished or pho. NO SNACKS. i stayed the same weight and i was always walking so it was really good exercise and i just love how the WHOLE neighbourhood knows each other. but when i got back to the UK. I gained 4 KG!! and i was always at home. the snacks here... tut tut tut.. and the foods. so depressed
