Beyonce uses prerecorded "live" versions of her songs on TV all the time, so she did with single ladies on Tyra and on Ellen, she speaks during the interlude and it sounds very different from the recorded track.

When you sing this song with two or three voices, you have to hit the exact notes she does on the video. If someone faked this, they must be a very talented musician.

She uses a pre-recorded track that sounds very similar to a live performance, but in the middle of the song she speaks to the crowd and the mic sounds a lot different than the rest of the song (She says "All the single ladies" check it out 2:13 on Dbertomeu88 channel) no echo!
