@violatorTL Based off of that, I just think that if they are, Spinmaster should not talk legal stuff, because Target sold them, legally. The answer = some way or another a shipment of prototypes were sent out to stores. Spinmaster's solution = go to Bakugan Dimensions, go to the report thing, and tell your story of purchasing a false product.

Mind you, all those "yellow ring" Bakugan packages have nothing at all about Dimensions on them. In other words, just do the above thingys.
