i'm a cameroonian, and my mom had surgery when i was back in Cameroon and the sanitary conditions were a lot better than this.
maybe you guys should try going to BBH hospital in Banso, or even just Mbingo,the difference is a billion times noticeable because the conditions are nothing like this.just thought i'd express my mind.
