When you make it there you can get Vincent Valentine, inside the huge Shinra mansion, Sephiroth burned down Nibleheim in the past, but shinra reconstructed it.

i'm trying to get vince on my team how do i get to nibleheim... and can i get vince even if sephiroth burnt nible to the ground?
