It's impressively stable for it's size. I imagine it would be hard to keep a steady coarse in anything bigger than heavy chop. Huge respect.

seems to me the ride is too choppy.

you need some vertical fins to keep it from hopping from side to side when it is rough.

If I were you, I would use a trihull design to combat wobble from waves. Your prop is too small, needs 50% more surface area to lower your cadence to maintain lower heart rate. Your boat is really narrow, but good design for a monohull. Those sponsons really slow you down, hence having 3 hulls would be more effective. A friend and I built a cat type boat that did 10.5 knotts in 1988. it was hand powered!
