@chadro85:I really don't care what you do. My opinion is religions are a waste of time. You have rights and responsibilities and you have to follow your local laws whether you like them or not, and if you don't there are fines and other penalties. My point is, you can tell anything to a kid , they even think santa claus ir real. If you indoctrinate them with religion they will grow up thinking it is real and it is not. There is no invisible watchman in the sky watching 7,000,000,000 people

I know one thing is that Mormons dont wear bikinis because they are apparrently immodest. It's weird to go to a water park in utah because all woman wear full suits to cover up everything. I think the FLDS are the funniest in their dresses. THat's what the true LDS church is.

Sounds great! My girl can dress hot and show a bit of body. She is proud of it and she respect herself and I respect her. So it kinda sounds like she or I should care what other people think. GNA, religion begins and ends with state of mind, nothig to do with clothing, As soon as a church prescribes clothing standards they have fallen, so get out of there and search your religion again.

ALL PEOPLE. just as jesus does. 2 some countrys don't alow missionaries to come in. but if they do the church will send some there. 3 they don't have to pay tithing infact the church probley will give them food and clothing if needed. 4 blacks being immodest is a stereotype.

ok now that is one of the silliest things Ive heard .because I know that God doesn't judge me on what I wear. GOd loves everyone regardless. My relationship with God is not based on what I wear. I have faith in Jesus and faith is what is important.. joseph smith is not a prophet by the way. he was a sinner like all of us. So what about people who are very poor and have nothing nice to wear. In your church do you judge them on what they wear?

@snappy5 1. its not that god judges you on your clothes. its that people will possibly judge you in a sexual type of way. which could possibly lead to under-age sex. thats why lds believe modesty is important. 2 your right everyone sins nobody is perfect. apart from jesus. but that does'nt mean that people apart from jesus can't be prophets (like joseph smith) 3 even if they're poor and don't have anything to wear. we wounld'nt judge them.

@Mormonites Your own leaders have added many wives for time and eternity. Section 132 has not been removed from the D&C. My faithfull lds family lied to me about polygamy for over 50 years. They lived in polygamy in Salt Lake city until the early 1900s. Modesty cannot remove the great sin of pride and self righteousness. Dressing up and playing heaven in the temples will never save you or make you a God. The temples blaspheme the work Jesus did.
