But I don't think it's a script. The programmers aren't ever reading from anything, but they know how to answer Jules, because they know the range of topics he can choose from his bank. The "Speech" video is obviously scripted, because it's meant to inform, rather than to hold a conversation.

You need to improve that lip sync' a bit, it's really important I think. alteregos . com has a pretty good tool, maybe you can ask them how they did it.

How do you define "experience"? Our emotions are simple rules that check for context and respond accordingly. To rebuild that via code isn't hard. The only difference would be the hormones in our bloodstream that make us "feel" the emotion. But that's only to 1) make the body react (e.g. prepare to run if shocked) and 2) to "store" the emotions for some time (don't stop to run when the initial shock is over). So it's just a chemical transmitter / puffer. That can be simulated too.

scientist should be banned from making robots that are alive and are obviously suffering stuck in a lab and cruelly experimented on. Its so bad what these scientists are doing ! I'm very angry about this !

its not alive! people need to realise! lol, its an insanely complex group of electronic circuits thats responds to speech in a number of ways, including speech due to a voice synthesis program like microsoft sam. it dosent actually experience human emotion.. it just responds

How do you define "experience"? Our emotions are simple rules that check for context and respond accordingly. To rebuild that via code isn't hard. The only difference would be the hormones in our bloodstream that make us "feel" the emotion. But that's only to 1) make the body react (e.g. prepare to run if shocked) and 2) to "store" the emotions for some time (don't stop to run when the initial shock is over). So it's just a chemical transmitter / puffer. That can be simulated too.

o fuck off will ya lasercat10cc??? how can it feel anything. its just a computer but its smart. if we thought like you did we would not have got to where we are now. same method that made this robot has made robots that saves peoples lives every day. same scientists that u want to ban were the reason for thousands if not millions of peoples safety. these robots will help us. in every way possible.
