@Knoll571 I'm sorry, but I watched the first episode of Extreme Chef and it was pretty lame. I left mid way through. It felt way too gimmicky for me: "And now your going to cook on top of a car engine! WHILE ITS RAINING SYNTHETIC RAIN!!!!!" How does that add anything to the competition? Its not even about the cooking or the skill, its just ridiculous. They should just have chopped reruns.

Some of the judges on Chopped are utterly stuck-up. I mean, the chef just picked off a beautiful looking, palatable dish and one judge cant give him his due. However I loved how the chef had this polite yet "f**k you type of look on his face.

So far, I (as in me, not people in general) have seen just two compare to the number of white men and men of other races where you see a number of them with a cocky attitude. I really liked how chef Michael prepared his dessert in a very steady fashion and how he didn't seem unsure that much at all during the cooking process. Very good segment of Chopped. I just wonder what the other chefs did with the gummy bears in their dessert. P.S. This is the first comment of this video.
