  • You are strong as FUCK and I admire that (I can do maybe 5 reps with an 32kg each hand) but you look a bit fat. What about some swings? ^^

  • its not really a press if you dont fully rest the bell in your bent elbow before you press, and the use of your legs to push it up sometimes would constitute a jerk. Although i can see how this is difficult, i cant help thiking that you'd get more benefit from cleaning it once and doing proper military presses with it for as many as you could do with the one arm, then switch arms, otherwise it seems a bit scatty and as mentioned above, a bit dangerous.

  • A mature statement indeed...but if you think i was trying to dampen the spectacle of this feat of strength then you'd be wrong, i know purely from using the same kettlebells as ewanmethane and from his other videos that he is very strong. There is however nothing wrong with constructive criticism if we're both looking to achieve the same thing, strength. i adhere strongly to pavel's technique so i was only commenting on whether it could be called a true press or not, you should maybe look it up.
