  • awesome! how long did have you been training handbalancing? i recently started taking some classes and am looking forward to progress. this was a great inspiration!

  • 55 kg.

  • You do nice and dope flags :D

  • Very very nice! Shows that one armed is technique, and that you don't have to be superhuman big to accomplish them

  • @TheOfficialOnHands Big muscles aren't necessarily stronger. And the bigger you are the more weight you have to hold up as well. I want to learn one arm handstands too!!!

  • Comment removed

  • fantastic!!!!!!!!

  • HEY, MR.Bean!!

  • Shaolin monks can do better.

  • @NBALLERIFY What a fag comment. What about you?

  • very good.

  • WOW!!!!!!!

  • Whoa he hella struggled right when he was about to do the one arm handstand I was like FUCKING GUYY!!!

  • teach me how?

  • gross...lmao this crazy

  • He can stand on one hand, but I can kick his ass.

  • wow that was quite impressive mate, its a shame that most people dont realize how ridiculously hard had balance actually is

  • haha mr bean

  • @laSerenity HAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • And this is without the balancing bracelet...

  • diggin the basement jaxx!

  • so this is what Mr. Bean does when he isn't on TV!

  • great man

  • chest hair. stinky.

  • Your strong man ;)

On the beggining of the vid i started laughing saying "tht skinny guy is not gonne make it"

    Then i got shoked !!!

Dont judge a book by its cover :)

  • start breakdanceing.

  • How long did it take you to get good at balancing on the canes? Its a work in progress for me.

  • sorry my body doesnt benf like that

  • Now that's strenght!

  • YOGA FIRE!!!

  • need to be taller?

  • we have three kinds of muscles, red ones, which have strength but we can only use it for a short amount of time, white ones are weak, but you can use it for a longer period of time, and pink muscles bring out the best of those muscles, but we have very few of these muscles. o___o.

  • @ColorMeNinjas dude do u read History's Strongest Disciple Kenechi? they also call them fast twitch and slow twitch btw

  • @wert1990te No, i don't lolol i read it online ;P

  • how is the name of this sport?

  • i dont care how strong you are. if youre a skinny bitch im not impressed

  • @arbivman That makes no sense what so ever. Can you do this? No, Can you do it if you were tank? No. So watch it before this "skinny bitch" comes to your house and shoves one of those poles into your neck, and a molotov into your ass and watches you spew fire out of the orifices in your body.

  • @9Roosh were you trying to be clever with the whole thing of him killing me. im actually bigger than this guy. and would put money that im stronger.

  • what are those pole things called

  • Some strength/weight ratio is required for other bits of equilibre, but clearly not this particular stuff.

Well done for getting to this level BTW, it's a shame that people are inventing bits of physiology over your video.

  • Shit guys. Strength (3-5 reps)is from having a strong CNS and muscles(sometimes big, sometimes not), hypertrophy is an indicator of hypertrophy. Muscle tissue that Hypertrophies the most is geared towards strength endurance (6-12 reps). Compare a smallish power lifter to Ronnie Coleman and you can see what I'm talking about, similar lifts, one is a giant, the other looks pretty average.

As for handstands, one needs balance, mobility, and endurance. In that order.

  • @Lyddonick you talk shit

  • This takes.... STRENGTH and BALANCE. jesus christ.

  • he may be skinny but he got upper body strength

  • basement jaaxxxxx hahahaha

  • Damnn~ cant even do a handstand, how the hell can i do this ? =S

  • put watch?v=U3ubr1Z372Y&feature=related at the end of the youtube URL to see a 1 finger handstand (not my video)

  • how come you're not asian? JK

  • you are tiny but full of strength haha I respect that hahah

  • He looks so weak... O.O

    But respect!

  • straight arms, not much strength needed tbh, if he had his arms bent it would be a whole different kettle of fish, im thinking for every inch he has his arms bent another inch on his shoulders lool

  • You don't have to look like a bodybuilder to be strong. Just so you know

  • actually you do........but if youy want to do this type of hand stand though.......you do need to be skinny as fuck.

  • So according to you (misstreeious) only 0.000000000000000000001% of the population in this world is strong. That's just a guess, but there aren't that many body builders out there. So to make a comment that is ignorant, full of arrogants and just plain out doesn't make since is fuckin retarded. Go shoot up your roids and lift some more weights you gym monkey. Goddamn the stupidity in this world!!

  • @misstreeious Strength and muscle are two different things so no you dont have to look like a body builder. A good test of strengths are pull ups. There are body builders out there who can hardly do a few pullups.

  • @Meatwad8888 dude its a lot easier to lift yourself up if you weigh less than a car -.- body builders have much more weight to lift

  • @idontevenhavestuff Thats exactly what i just said.

  • @idontevenhavestuff

Speaking in terms of a ratio, they also have bigger muscles to lift their weight.

  • @partisan72 yea but the range of muscles gymnasts work compared to the range a builder works. if a builder just has hulk arms and were as skinny as ths guy, they'ld be able to lift them selves no problem. then try to lift yourself with another few hundred pounds on you.

  • @idontevenhavestuff but you are supposed to have a balance of strength if you are bigger then you should have more strength. i think first you should have the strength that you need to control your body then when you have proportionate strength you could lift more to get stronger so being bigger isnt an excuse. (if you are big then you should have stronger muscles). OPINION

  • @Calderoni4 your body isnt built to balance itself, only carry its own weight, so its far easier for small guys to develop the flexers and muscles needed for balance and core strength than big guys, if you see a big guy doing stuff like this he deserves far more respect because its so much harder.

  • @ArabKingMofo i would repeat my comment before if you are bigger you need stronger muscles.

  • @Meatwad8888

Completely true. With calisthenics you develop functional strength but don't need to look massive yet amazingly strong.Even weight lifting for strength with 1-6 reps of max.weight vs. mass training with 6-12 reps are different. Thus people are often confused how a big and less big muscled person can lift the same weight, seems illogical to them.Functional strength, explosive power, flexibility, endurance, that's what we need for survival not some pumped up balloons admired in a mirror.

  • @misstreeious

No you don't, I've seen those russian or german cirque de soleil types do this while balancing on each other and some of those guys are diesel!!

  • its painful to look it looks like any moment ur arm might snap cause they r so thin

  • Cool, now do a 1990

  • @ObitoUzumaki233 not 90 an airflare

  • Amazing...

  • wow

  • wow i need to do that, thts a bloody good exercise!!! :|

  • i saw better!!

  • I've seen Matrix, so?

  • damn i would afraid of handstand on that high lol x] awesome!

  • this is a random question, but i cannot think of the term for when you train one side of your body stronger than the other. pitchers will sometimes train their throwing arm much stronger and bigger than their off hand and i was wondering what the term for this is

  • !!!!!

  • Awesome!

  • woOw sooo great !!

  • LOL -_- @_@ that skinny bastard :)). GJ!

  • that takes serious strength though.

  • dang one slip and your in some serious trouble

  • Skinny as shit.

    Good form tho

  • eryeyreyt

  • That was Beautiful...Nice Job

  • bboy baek 4 sure

  • lol not even!

  • So, how is this training? More like a demo.

  • that is crazy control, wish i could do that

  • AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • DANG! nice man

  • lol skinny but strong

  • I can do 16 push up on handstand position with wall support. But how to balance? I heard yoga helps, however, can someone tell me exercises/ videos/ websites which teaches me what to practice to be able to balance on handstand? Thanks!

  • Well I can balance a handstand pretty well and basically it just comes with practice...im trying to do the pushups with no wall and im thinking you should try one handed practice on the wall this should help a lot.

  • Thanks! :) But i got to shift my body to the other side... People tell me got to train core muscles, around stomach there to maintain balance

  • con basement jaxx de fondo el tema se llama Rendez vu

  • how much do you weigh? 5 stone lool!

  • How many handstands like this can you do? None? "lool"!

  • i can do 2 actually :P against a wall ;), tis an amazing show of strength this video :)

  • Did you make the stand on which you're balancing or did you buy it? : p

Brilliant stuff, it looks like it'd be easier on the wrists too. What are they called?

  • HIS right arm looks a little wobly

  • damn boy...that's sick

  • thats some CRAZYSHIT.

    but its sick.

  • that looks sick :)

  • This is an ineffective way to learn.....one handstands and two handstands for me are mainly a balence of the fingers pushing against the ground. This guy does it with his palms since he those two stands conviently placed in the air for him, making it possible to grab and "handstand" longer.

  • Do you really think it's easier on those stands???

  • Actually walking on your hands is NOT easier, because I can do that easily and it will be a LONG time untill I can do this!

  • lol i agree i think he doesn't practice handstand he has no freaking idea what he's talking about

  • .. Walking on ur two hands.. nearly all can do that...

  • you got no idea my friend lol

  • quite impossible apparently

  • nC man peace

  • i can do that also....

  • amazing !!!

  • This is amazing, dude!

    Be Water, my Friend!

  • wish could do one armed handstand.. for those wondering the song is Rondevouz by Basement Jaxx

  • epicness

  • hey any tips? i need help doing a handstand like that

  • Great ; * !

  • 0:12 that is sick, dude!

  • You look thin but nice power.

  • you don't need to have big muscles to be strong

  • @TalhaKhanCA exactly. i dont have big bulky muscles, but im really strong cuz we build lean muscle instead of bulk

  • @TalhaKhanCA holding your own weight doesn't mean you're strong

  • @OmegaKilla100 Id be willing to bet he could summon a good bit of strength if he wanted to. you sound jealous.

  • hard flipping core

  • nice work!!

  • I'm 110, and I can bench 2x my body weight, deadlift 365lbs, and box squat 420... I can man handle my bodyweight...100 push-ups in a min, 35 pull-ups at a time, never ending sit-ups, etc. But I can't do this shit. WHY? Different types of training. He has worked his fine motor skills that makes this possible, anyone of us can do this... its a matter of practice. By the way, the dude might look beast if he got on a diet and do some circuit training.

  • What ppl dont get is that there is two different kinds of muscles, those big and juicy ones for show and the usefull and practicly functional ones. If you gym u often go for the heavy and large musclemass while a gymnast or dancer would go for the endurable ones.

  • @GabrielMuayThai Yes but the useful ones are still visible

  • @GabrielMuayThai very true

  • dude how old are you? your a fucking beast

im 130 and cant do that but im only 15

  • hey¡¡ nice..

  • he isnt strong to the average man and may not be able to bench nearly as much but he can control his own bodyweight better than even the most muscular guys in the world and thats what real fitness is all about

  • he dont look so strong! but yes.

  • most of the time the people that dont look strong, are the ones with the real strength. Big muscles mean nothing. They're only good for a short burst of strength. Whereas this guy has his muscles trained for endurance.

  • What's really weird is that the muscle fibers capable of producing the most force have the least growth potential. Your endurance fibers are the ones that grow the most. That's why the body builders do high volume training, they are forcing their endurance fibers to grow. That's why power lifters half their size can equal or out-lift them. I was surprised by this, my buddy is taking exercise science and he told me that a week ago.

  • Really? I didn't know that. That's actually pretty interesting lol.

  • what do you mean?

  • i was talking to the guy who said that bodybuilders usually arent much stronger than people who arent as big but work differant kinds of muscles

  • grande yessssssss gooddddd

  • is it possible to a one handstand pushup? sounds like it would be a great workout =)

  • ya casi la alcanzas

  • Dude.. are you not afraid to flip over? =0

  • he's not because if you learn handstand, the first thing you should learn is the turning out. so i think he's not afraid :)

  • Training? You just did one!

  • AWESOME AND SICK HELL YEAH!!!

  • dang amazing balance ! how the heck do you get your balance like that, do you drill handstands everyday?

  • somehow I think I realized how to do it seeing this video, thanks

  • Being a girl has nothing to do with it.

  • i say i girl like 10 or 9 years old from a circus from china, who stood like 3 mins with one hand up very high in a pole, then changed to do it with the other hand, so unless ur fat u wont everyone can learn to do this

  • nice

  • Niiiiice... Good call on the prep. Very sick... I'm gonna get it on pegs in a show this year I swear!!!

    FIVE STARS!!!

    XOXO Lisa :P

  • dammm dude that was awesome

  • =o..wow..cooOOl..i will be trying it !!thanks

  • Really good!!

  • forgive.... what is the training to enable them to get all that? expect an answer thanks

  • woot! Basement Jaxx!

  • palak ko..

  • =O wtf!! thats cool!!

  • what the hell

  • hay no ma....

  • does that sweater come in a V-Neck?

  • cool man, and i love the basement jaxx in the backgroun.

  • hey, can i ask you how i can get that, and how long should i hold a normal handstand b4 attempting this? also, why do oyu do them on those shaky little parralettes, they are injury prone.
