It made me laugh to see Daniel making his way around the kitchen so comfortably because I compared it to my boyfriend...I realised he would have no idea where to find a strainer or the stick mixer or *anything* cos he never cooks anything or even puts dishes away. Usually you use British English... but it's called a courgette in Britain, not a zucchini.

Courgette is actually a French word. To describe it in English, it would be a baby marrow. Few people realise that the marrows that you see in greengrocers are courgettes that have been allowed to grow to their full size.

how do u let it thaw out and do you pop it in the microwave for ten seconds so its not real cold

You can either put the cubes in a small cup and sit the cup in a bowl of hot water to thaw them...or you can put them in a microwave for a few seconds but always check the temperature before feeding them, since there can be hot spots.

Haha no...we used to have heaps of plastic ones and a really nice wooden one, but when we moved I tossed them all saying that I'd get new ones. I threw the wooden one out because it had gotten smelly as hell, it was gross. I haven't gotten around to buying more yet because we've been doing fine without them, but should probably put it on my shopping list eh
