Since I live in Canada this would be the full size car of choice. When I think of Audi, MB or BMW I think of flying down the autobahn. It's almost pointless owning a German car in Canada since you can't even drive it for it's impressive capabilities. Since I can only waft I'll have to take the Lexus.

LS460 Is the king of lexury..Lexus is amazing car..kill mercedez even for once all...mercedez is just a showcase..I would like to go on LEXUS ..only LS SERIES... other else like mercedez bmw.sucks......! Lexus is just like an aeroplane :)

If you take a look at reliability, the high end European luxury, can not even compete against Lexus LS, at all.

Lexus LS is like the only car that has got so many awards for being so reliable for so many years all straight, no other cars have ever done this.

Therefore, Euro = Overpriced Garbage.

No the toyota pedal issue didnt affect the LS (I am sure of that).

I think the only Lexus it affected was the ES.

Also, even then, I think all the faulty models have already been recalled, just be careful if you purchase from non toyota/lexus dealerships

uhm yeah, the LS was not affected, it is manufactured much more expensively than the cars with that problem. it was only toyota and the HS250h was the only lexus affected.

at 0:50 Toyota/ Lexus have been using that same clock for years. This is a wonderful car though. I would love to own one.

Those that what to float along on a plate of jelly with virtually no feel for the road through the steering, will be happy with the Lexus 460L BUT if you want to feel absolutely safe and in control of your luxury car (and your life in an emergency) there is no substitute for a Mercedes S550. I have owned both and would never never ever buy another Lexus.

My aunt has an S500 and all it does is give her headaches. It doesn't drive in the winter because the leveler doesn't work and it gets stuck with the shocks all the way down. Her center council doesn't work anymore, none of the buttons work. She has also had many other problems and it only have 66,000 miles on it.

yeah in US you can have New LS460 for 64k $ when Mercedes-Benz S is 82k $ so its cheaper.

@AJSokrates OMG Here in Portugal (europe) the LS costs 115k € (165k $) the mercedes s550 (here call s500) costs 141k € (203K $)
