@aliceandcolin11: I never lived in Ridgetown, as the video clearly states. It was my mother who grew up in the town. It was, and is, a very nice town. Sometimes I wish I did live there.
Why did I do this? Isn't that obvious from the video? My mother grew up there. I visited the town often as a child. I went back to see how the town looks today. Is there something in your question that I am missing?
@WindsorsChild Don't mind skaterKC7. I was born and raised in Ridgetown and it was the best place in the world. We left our bike's in the yard growing up, we NEVER locked our door's and we alway's had time to help out a friend or neighbour in need. I miss the security , and the love Ridgetown provide's.
Thank you for showing this video. I grew up in Ridgetown and I'm sad I had to move away. Maybe one day I'll return to live in Ridgetown. You put it well when you said "you can't go home again". I'm sure the scenery will change, but I'm also sure the people will stay the same. The people are what makes this town so beautiful after all.
At 0:22 seconds the shooter drives past the home I grew up in, and which my parents still live in, on Jane st. If only he'd turned the camera to the left!
weird i grew up in ridgetown too. my parents still live there. i love going home to visit. very small place and very strange but it will always be part of who i am
i grew up in ridgetown, well am growing up. i walk those streets everyday. i never thought about my grandkids walking around where i grew up. cool thought though.
Good to hear from two from Ridgetown. As a boy living in Windsor, my parents often took us to visit our grandparents in Ridgetown, in the little white house on Tiffany Street.

i mean why did you need to make a video of this ?
skaterKC7 2 years ago
I guess because I can - I have the equipment and the software to do it. And because I wanted to. And because I find it interesting.
