ITS TIME FOR MICHIGAN CITZENS TO WAKE UP AND TAKE CONTROL OF OUR GREAT LAKES. I DID HEAR.THE WATER IS BEING SOLD AND THE STATE OF MICHIGAN AND THE GOVERNMENT IS KEEPING IT QUIET. WE HAVE HAD SEVERAL FEET OF RAIN FALL THIS SPRING AND IT HAS NOT INCREASED THE LAKE HURON WATER LEVEL..THE RIVERS AND INLAND LAKES ARE ALL UP IN LEVER. I HAVE ALSO HEARD THERE IS A SINK HOLE IN LAKE SAINTCLAIR AND THE WATER IS POURING INTO THE CENTER OF THE EARTH.
Yes agricola. There's no doubting what you've stated. Despite that, I like to remind people we share the water and are equally responsible, despite the invisible borders that run through 4 of the 5 Great Lakes. I have had some interesting encounters with folks south of the border, that didn't even know what was on the 'other' side of the lake(s). I liketo think we're in this water system together, regardless. I hope citizens on both sides remain pro-active. Thank you agricola. ;o)
the video will nor play for me. I even went to their channel all the other dumb videos played but this one. Even Kim Catralls whorey one. so clearly there is a cover up. I am looking at a black screen , no options , no waiting circle , just black with no video in the near future. Fuck google
The goverment is allowing the water to be pumped out to send to China, and Nestle's bottling company, is also secretly pumping up stream. It's drying up the lakes. People really need to be investigating this.
Do Americans ever acknowledge that four of the five Great Lakes; are shared with Canada?
As for New Berlin; you're not alone. The contaminants that they have experienced there are also shared on the Canadian side of the invisible border that runs between Lakes Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario.
Has anyone viewed the documentary: Waterlife? Do so, it's awesome! But's sad at the same time. Sobering thought for all of us on both sides of the border.
@EasilyWowed we own more of the great lakes than canada. the US controls the bigger parts of lakes superior, erie and ontario plus all of lake michigan.
@agricola no lake erie is about 50 - 50 and lake ontario is 51% for Canada and 49 % for the U.S, Yes, Lake Superior is more in the US (about 65%) but Lake Huron is at least a full two-thirds in Canada
@Claronium780 You forget Lake Michigan, which is 100% in the U.S. But, irregardless the Great Lakes are international and decisions about them should be undertaken with both countries in mind.
I hope all of LA dies of thirst. You want water? MOVE out of that smoggy desert of LA into a nice COLD great lake state. I suggest Minnisota, it's nice and pretty. Over 1000 lakes, scenery, and lots of snow and sub-zero temperatures for your pansy ass pleasure. Remember the MINNISOTA LAKERS? That's where your team's name came from, you know the land of lakes. Who knows, they may move back when you run completely out of water. FU and all your's. STAY THIRSTY MY FRIEND.
The southwest will never get a drop of our water. The Great Lakes Compact will see to that.

Ya know Los Angeles might just buy enough land to make a pipeline to channel the great lakes into LA.
