They're very different from a decade ago in genre, back then they did a lot of hip hop and punk rock...now they do a lot of electronic...but I don't think their style of song writing is that different.

I think they held out on us a lot with plastic beach, it was an AMAZING album but I think a lot more of the even more experimental stuff is going to be on the P-sides.

In Phase 1 it was hard to sum them up into one field cuz they always blended experimented with things like hip hop, rock, dub, latin, ambient, trip hop & more. Yeah, Nuudoru and bando are how Japanese people would say Noodle and band. Generally, Japanese words never really end with a consonant (other than "n"), so she'll often end an English word with an "o" or "u" sound. If you know what I mean XD; But I take Japanese so I know.
