My grandmother taught me how to crochet when i was a little girl......... I have now taught my daughter how to crochet. I love watching my daughter doing this craft..... Oh and by the way my daughter and i think you are just AWESOME !!!!!

Nothing cooler than being able to create your own stuff. It is sad that this generation is go go go than they don't have one it takes tonsil still for about 5 secs. Crochet is awesome.
I was just telling my husband that he should try crochet (I'm just a beginner btw) because I feel that it is so relaxing. :D His reply was, men shouldn't crochet. Some men, unfortunately, do have have those stereotypical views. I honestly wouldn't mind a man crocheting. Just as cool as a man who can cook. :)
Good for you that your a male that crocehts :) There is nothing wrong with it...I find that it's also relaxing, and helps to ease the stress. Although I had a bone removed from my hand, and now it's painful for me to do...I'm trying other way's to crochet without hurting my hands.

im also a guy who crochet and im glad and found another male who openly crochet. you made very good point especially about on how you could be doing other things like drugs. im a straight and asked my dad if he would ashamed of me if i started crafting with yarn and said as long as im not doing anything stupid.

There is nothing wrong with a guy that crochet's first of all, they sometimes come up with a new perspective on a old craft and for different patterns and idea's. I throughly enjoy your videos learn a few new things from them. I myself have been doing this for 50 years and I find that there is always a new idea's out there to learn to crochet. Keep up the great work.
i am trying to get my 2 boys to learn how but they get teased by their aunt that boys arent suppose to do this, and the funny part is, my father taught me how to crochet. i will def. show my boys this video an tell my sister, ner ner

I cross sitch while watching TV and I work in the construction industry!
I bought a kit for my Mum, but she had a stroke so I made it for her and love doing it now have made many many kits cards etc.
