@marplatense31 The only reason I watch the fansubs is that I feel that they're in better quality than anything official; K-F has great writing and takes the time to makes their subtitles look beautiful; Since they're independent, they have greater flexibility with their script and can make the original shine brighter with good word choice and context. I wish all officials subs would take cues from the fansub community; just because they're violating laws doesn't mean they're on to something.

What do you mean, it's used at the end of every episode?

Instead of showing a preview of the next episode, Toei instead shows a single

card that states, "To be continued," and goes to the ending theme. Must save a bundle on animation.

Did they use it in later episodes? Because I've only watched everything kaizoku fansubs has subbed (the exception being Movie 8, which a stream or a non-torrent for is impossible) and a few episodes from the dub (season 1), courtesy of Funimation's site.
