We have been using this vapour phase process for over 3 years now. Its the best , we had IR reflow before, it was a nightmare to set up , you lose a board just to set the IR reflow up. Vapour phase is the best for short run, every time a winner Ultra Fine BGA mixed tech boards.

yeah but its still short period repair from what you're saying. the company's website said longer life..strange
when you reflown the board how long did the customer took before he returned?

how long did it last? i was amazed of what phase can do but I want to know it the reflow process lasts more than 6 months
